Integration with your organization is fast and simple. CMS begins with a review of a client’s maintenance functions including performance and expenses. Our first priority is to always retain successful existing vendors and work towards better service and pricing in exchange for additional business from CMS’ existing client base. If we identify unsatisfactory vendors we replace them with one of our own pre-screened vendors.
Once your vendors have been set, we set up a single customer representative for your location managers. All work orders can be sent in via phone or e-mail on a 24-hour, 7-day a week basis. Each location manager will be contacted monthly to verify their satisfaction with their vendors. If a service is not performed to the location’s complete satisfaction it will be redone at no charge to your organization. If a location manager is unsatisfied with a vendor for any reason, we will replace the vendor within two business days.
All of our vendors have been pre-screened to insure they meet all technical certifications, liability requirements, environmental regulations and labor laws. CMS also tracks minority and women-owned vendor certifications. We keep all of their documentation on file should your organization ever need to review.
CMS will provide you with a single monthly invoice that itemizes all activity by location. This eliminates cumbersome payables and recordkeeping. All vendors are paid by our company on a net thirty basis to maintain a positive working relationship.
CMS has a strident commitment to client communication. Our staff is available on a 24-hour, 365-day per year basis. We maintain fast turnaround on all inbound calls and will provide daily updates on each work order.
